Thank you for your interest! PHFE WIC and L.A. Care are collaborating to bring you a FREE 6-week virtual parenting workshop.

These workshops are only offered in English at this time and only available for L.A. Care members with children who have straight L.A. Care and NOT partnered with other health plans.

The workshops will be held via Zoom, every Thursday at 2:30pm for 6 weeks, beginning April 4 - May 9, 2024. Each workshop is about 60-90 minutes long. Join us and learn how to plan healthy meals, make healthier food choices, practice parenting skills, and try fun exercises for the entire family.
