Please provide the following information and we'll get you into our WIC Zoom class right away.

1. Enter your Phone #, Family ID, or WIC card #
2. Enter a Date of Birth for anyone in your family that is CURRENTLY on WIC. This can be your child or yourself if you are receiving PHFE WIC benefits.

On the next screen, click the yellow "Continue" button to enter the Zoom room. See you there!
